On the registration page (currently at [login to view URL]) I would like the customer to see all the choirs in the choir list (which is NOT connected to any event list). In other words, they are there all the time for the customer to choose from. Then, an additional field "preferred date".
The customer then gets a choice of Tuesdays/Mondays etc Ideally, the list would only show the next 3 available dates for that choir. Once the customer has pressed "Send" (Not "save" as it is currently) the information is entered into the database. They are then sent the usual email which includes the date they have booked.
If it is a new choir, the customer can only choose a date set by me so I must be able to over-ride the automatic settings.
This will mean that I do not have to set up hundreds of events and it also means the customer gets a choice.
There are 4 weeks when we are not open. I will need to be able to exclude these dates from the list available.
I must be able to access this date (that the customer chose)and change it if needed (sometimes customers change their mind).
The registration form itself is also very big. It needs to be smaller and neater. Also, the page title is wrong. It should be just "register".
