Dear bidders,
I have a modified WordPress site for booking taxis. I want some minor modification in its look. I also want the booking details to be passed on to one of its sub-domain (but a separate) site based on mico call organizer. Following are some of the key task in this.
1. modify the look of wordpress site including its header/footer/pages.
2. show a different phone number based on city and instead of drop-down pleas use auto-suggest through google map API. please find the approx distance based on directions.
3. implement SMS sending API to send booking details through messages to user and admin.
4. In sub-domain site change the name of current call as service call and create a new "booking calls"
5. Pass on the booking details from wordpress site to its sub-domain site as booking call. put that at top as priority over others along with urgent service calls. the details will be passed on to starting-point city user only. in the process create the necessary parameters and city filter. other city user will not be able to see it.
6. Add one more type of user called Drivers with vehicle details. Allocation of drivers will be based on score which will in turn will depend on number of completed trips. A driver cannot be allocated twice till all the given one trip each. Three drivers are shown as options. the driver with more allocation gets higher score and taken as priority and shown in list before others. When we click to show next three drivers each of first three will get 0.25 point reduction. unrealised scheduled trip will be 2 point reduction for that driver.
7. trip can be assigned only to those drivers who are in first list or in new valid list.
[url removed, login to view] balance: Rs 20000 refundable advance needs to be deposited. If the amount is finished his name will not appear in list. Cancelled allocation will be charge 200 Rs.
9. call closing service or booking will be followed by automatic email from system concerned user and admin. Booking email will have a bill. please use a relevant format. please use a cc email id with user email. it can be used for company hr email id. The same printout can be taken from admin panel as well.
10. sms is sent after driver is allocated and after call(both service/booking) in closed.
