Create an Installer for webserver

I have an software basically written in ASP.net. I will provide all the source files to the winning bidder. I need an installation program where i can just log into the server and install it,so it will configure IIS Server,and place files in the server and will be ready to run via web browser.

Files has following dependencies and they need to be handled by the installer.

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2

Microsoft Internet Information Services 6.0

Microsoft ASP NET 2.0

Microsoft SQL Server 2005

MSXML 6.0 Parser

overLIB 4.21

Should be few minutes work,for someone who has done this kind of server installation [url removed, login to view] want i can send you the ASPX files,before bid acceptance.
