Football Manager Project (NFL simulation)

I want to receive quotes in relation to some company designing a Football Manager (by Sports Interactive) type game for American Football (not soccer) I would like a full back end database to do data administration and management just like the product I mentioned above. Also I want this to be a web driven app where I can run numerous leagues and charge for playing. I will work with the chosen developer to agree upon a SOW for Phase I and what subsequent phases look like. Once again I would need for administrative control and functionality for an American Football version of Football manager but for the web.

I would like included in your first proposal a minimally defined scope of this initial version and what subsequent version scopes would look like as well. This helps me see if you have the ability to understand what I am requesting and everything it entails.

Example of what I am looking for in this:

Define SOW

Work through database layout/schema

Get Approval on Design (look and feel)

Release Alpha version

Release Beta version

etc.

(There needs to be much more detail then what I have provided here to prove you understand the concept)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
