Ipod Touch - Write Textfile

Not sure if this is possible so please let me know.

I need to add the below information into my IPod Touch

? 1) Code of an Item

? 2) Qty of the Item

? 3) This will write the values to a textfile that I need to send to a PC

txt File will be named after the Day, Month and Year eg. 180110 and each day will be stored on the IPod until sent to the PC. I guess there is a quick and easy way of accessing the IPod to copy these to the PC?

There could be 1 Item or 100 Items to be saved to the file.
