Lock and Secure Excel Calculator

We have developed a complex financial calculator in Excel that analyses the financial feasibility of purchasing an investment property. It calculates personal finance information, property purchase & management costs, taxation and depreciation.

We would like to license this calculator so it can be sold and ensure that the coding in the workbook remains secure.

The high level requirements are as follows:

* Lock the workbook so it can't be cracked and the formulas remain secure

* Ensure that users with varying versions of Excel can use the workbook

* Set up a license procedure so the workbook can be downloaded from the net and used for one day for free, then after that a license must be purchased and entered, if not the calculator would no longer function.?

* The workbook should not be able to be copied to another computer or used without a unique license key. Therefore each PC should require a license stopping the calculator from being loaded to multiple PCs on one licence

* The calculator will require changes on an ad-hoc basis, therefore we would need to understand how changes would effect the licensing

* In addition to the initial job, we'd like an hourly rate for ongoing maintenance if required

Thecalculator should remain with an Excel format, please do not recommend it beturned into an online application.?

We areexpecting the calculator to require changes, therefore your solution shouldinclude a fee for relocking the workbook if a change is required, unless youcan create a function that allows us to do that.?

Pleaseprovide a high level overview of your solution with your bid, this will be thebasis of our decision.?

We requiredetailed requirements in writing along with a deadline nominated by the bidder.?

Our preference would be to use PayPal to manage thetransaction - the payment facility is not required as part of this job's scope,yet this needs to be taken into consideration when the licence keygen is created The workbookcontains 16 sheets and descriptions of the sheets are as follows:?

* 1 x Start Page (sheet) visible to user containing jpeg with disclaimer and agree bottom hyperlinked to the next page?

* 6 x Calculation sheets containing jpeg buttons with hyperlinks, formulas, data entry fields, data validation rules, messages and alert messages, drop down boxes and Vlookups, IF formulas, loan and tax calculations and charts

* 9 x sheets containing federal and state tax tables for AU & NZ. These are hidden

A discussion will need to occur so we can consult our coder on the best way to approach the project before we complete the final requirements.

Screen shots of the calculator can be supplied on completion of an NDA, and the actual workbook will be supplied prior to completing the requirements.
