PHP/MySQL Website/Application

Looking for a PHP/MySQL website with the following features, should suggest a popular framework (OOP or MCV) before project start for our approval.

(A) Visitors/User Pages:

- register / login / donate

- user public profile page (can be view by all other members, such as [url removed, login to view])

- account view/edit

- submit answer (the question will change daily), data saved in database

- player score and ranking pages (score will be computed using formulae we provide when project start)

- invite friend script (we will provide the script to be integrated)

- install a free open source forum software (please let us know the forum you prefer so we can approve it), and integrate it with our user database i.e. the forum should use the same username/password from database you designed

(B) Admin Panel:

- edit/delete/view members, upgrade users (normal, vip, staff)

- enter the questions for all days (user will only see the form for current day)

(C) Interface:

- we will provide all HTML slices of the web interface

- coder will be responsible to integrate our HTML design with their code, and tested under top 5 browser versions such as FireFox and IE.
