a retail client of ours is looking for a web-based application to allow their stores to enter manual counts of items each week.
basically it will work as follows: each store (user) will login and fill in a form counting items in each category. then the main office will review those numbers, confirm them, and be able to see all of the information in a spreadsheet format.

The spec has slightly changed, i am uploading a new PDF diagram with the changes and notes. If you previously bid and are still interested, please review and re-submit your bid.
Also not in the diagram we want the company logo to appear in the top left corner of all pages, we will supply the image in jpeg format.

i did a rough drawing of each page but if course you will need to make it look nice.
also see the client's existing excel spreadsheet - they need to be able to print a report that looks like this.
