Python fix for auto uploader

I currently have a python based auto uploading script for a BitTorrent site. This script takes the rar'd contents of a directory and:

1. Unrars it

2. Renames it based on a .csv filter provided for the script. For example, the filter tells the script to take ABC and rename it to ABCDE

3. Fetches info regarding the content from a predetermined URL and inserts this data into a PHP post form.

4. Examines the media for several properties and also inserts that information into the php form (eg. video resolution)

5. Takes a screenshot of the media and uploads it to hosting url.

6. Creates a .torrent file for the unrared file

7. Finally, inserts all this data in an [login to view URL] form and posts the form.

This project is 95% complete. It has been beta tested and worked hundreds of time thus far. However, it required some tweaking and the coder who has worked on it in the past attempted to tweak it, couldn't get it right, and then bailed on the project leaving it non-functional at the moment. I have no python experience so I am looking for a dedicated python guru who can come in, troubleshoot the problem, and get this auto uploader back up and running for me.
