Simple iPhone App with website needed

Hi,

I need an iPhone App includes a website front end with admin and database.

Take photo with GPS Location. Add a description of photo with tags. Upload images from phone to website. If no internet access, store photos on phone for later upload. Contact form.

Search option to match similar photos based on Tags and "Image Recognition".

Google Map pins show location, tags and Photo. Place for comments about Photos.

I am interested in the photo matching using image recognition. There are many open source image matching codes available.

Image Matching is an important part of this iphone app. I have designed apps using sqlite with gps but I need image recognition.
