We need someone to implement a vBulletin skin based on the layout we'll provide. It is quite different from classic vBulletin skins, so we're looking for someone who is highly skilled in creating custom skins. We'll provide the layout in graphic format (PNG files) and for the first few pages (like the index of the forum or the topic index) we'll provide the HTML as a guideline.
