VB2005 Express Progress Meter

Hi All. I use Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition. I am in need of some way to customize the color used in the Progress Meter (Blue all of the time is boring). Best case scenerio would allow me to use HTML color codes, but if I need to use a stock Windows XP color dialog would work also. Just some way to change that color to anything but blue :)
