I currently have a live website that is currently in HTML.
I would like to use the same design for a new website that will have Wordpress installed as the CMS.

Upload to new WP install
Currently, i will need to copy the html pages for:
homepage (index) - main navigation, logo, content, etc. will change eventually.
about us - create static interior page template
contact us - with form

on new install, all links and urls should point to new domain. the original site is to stay LIVE and unchanged
