Fashion eCommerce site(openCart) need enhancement/ problem fixed

Seeking for experienced developer to fix our store (Wholesale and retail function), this has been built with Open Cart but needs bug fixing and slight new features.
1) Fix Check out / shipping and payment process, and make sure the website is fully functional, from customer register to login to check out. Must pass [login to view URL] approval.
2) Some option added, for example, allow us to add the size by number (Size 4,6,8…) change some of the registration form field
3) Slight design modification, replace the banner, change the design for contact page,etc. add a “Wholesale login” in the retail home page,etc...
4) From the index page, fixing the link for wholesale (the content is there, just the link got problem) and make sure wholesale website is working properly
5) download the updated version open cart and Identify potential problem if any
