Fix Ipad/mobile/Iphone view issue on website

Need immidiate help to identify a problem on a website. The problem is that the websit does not appear correctly on Iphone/Ipad/mobile devices etc. I got a message from my hosting provider that the server had been hacked in some way. I don't know if its malware or what it is because I dont have this kind of knowledge. It needs to be fixed within 24 hours max.
Please see screenshot, this is what happen when we want to view it on Ipad/Iphone/mobile etc.. Some foreig language come up and the css and images does not show.. On computer its acting normal.
