I require a full-time PHP Developer with 2 Years + experience.
Project will run until complete with first week as a TRIAL basis which you will be paid, then to be reviewed upon speed & progress.
Work week = 5 days per week
Work hours = 8 hours per day
Total hours for 1 week = 40 hours
• Bidder must be 200% dedicated to this project during the above time.
• Bidder must have good internet connection that does not drop out.
• 100% communication skills and be available either by telephone, iChat or through Skype at any given time during the 8 hours per day when required.
This is a very important requirement that you make yourself available to this project and myself only and no other project, I require 100% communication and dedication.
I have recently been let down by 2+ GAF developers who have just given up on the project forcing me to start over, wasting lots of time & money.
The project is as follows.
A classified ads site similar to craigslist, kijiji & ebay. The site must look as i draw it, i draw how it should look and you will make it exactly right down to the last pixel. The site has 2 types of users, Home & Business, Home users will be able to post free ads & Business users will have to pay. There also must be rules & filters implemented ie; if a home user places more than 17 adsin 1 year in the 'Real Estate' or 'Motors' section, they must upgrade to a business account. Filters must be able to check for flagged words & email addresses etc.
The payment system must be designed to match the look of the site & process google checkout payments in background. All ads must be approved manually by me prior to going live.
The site must also cater for all screen resolutions, using tables or divs, & must support IE, Safari & Firefox. (THIS IS A MUST!)
The developer also needs to have some imagination, implementing cool features, letting me know what they are, thinking of all scenarios possible to security, design, features etc

Most of the work was copied over from an older site of mine.
The chosen developer will work for a week starting from scratch re-doing the work which has already been done but making sure all work is neat and properly ordered.
If you have the time, skills and self discipline to for-fill these requirements I would like to see your bid.
If not, please don't bid. I am looking for a serious developer who can actually finish a site, and cares more about doing the work than asking for money all the time.
This project may also grow into something big and could lead to a Full-Time permanent position offering more money.
