FusionCMS theme World of Warcraft The burning crusade

Hello Freelancers.

I have a Website design project for you.

Skills required :

- Designing nice Templates / Images

- Coding file with extension .tpl

- Modify .CSS files

- Having badass skills in GAME designing templates

- Have Skype to contact with me

I need a Theme for a CMS, on which there is already a base template.

In this job, you will basically need to create a nice background image that fit the "World of Warcraft Burning crusade" theme, and change the CSS code to make it fit the theme too (This might also require you to create new images depending how the CSS was made by default).

I will also want some what kind of a logo for the server name.

I have a limited budget on this, so please quote this only if you really know what you are going to do.
