Google adsense website earning $25 - $30 daily - repost

Seeking for an Adsense expert for creating an Adsense website that will be generating minimum 25$ - 30$ per day. I am not looking for just a website with an google adsense account which will give income for 1 month and from successive months decreases and stops earnings.

I will be interested if you could develop a site which can provide Web designing, SEO development, advertising, branding, designing etcc….

I want a website which give me same earning for at least 2 years

My website must be fully operational and online generates the minimum required amount of cash daily with no intervention on my part.

All practices must maintain my account in good standing.

The web site should have unique contents and useful, no spun articles please

Terms:

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money long term.

- Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques.

- You MUST follow google Adsense rules and regulations.

- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks.

- No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services,

- NO Black Hat techniques.

- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website.

- No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules

- The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $20 to $30 USD per day.

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Should be able to add google analytics.

-No Upfront payment.

The google adsense account should not be blacklisted or blocked and you should provide a written agreement that no wrong techniques will be used for generating income.

I want minimal work on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing.

Please only reply if you have prior experience in such website, as 100% of the payment will only be released once I receive the check from google adsense.

I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER:
