Modify Wordpress Theme Header

I would like the area above the menu of my theme (WooThemes' Superstore Theme) to look exactly like the header of Yithemes' Bazar theme ([url removed, login to view]). With my logo, two widget areas where I can put text and an icon, one widget area displaying social icons that link to my social pages, and one widget area with my shopping cart. And the shopping cart needs to be functional -- I am using WooCommerce 2.10.
The Superstore theme I am using is responsive. The new header needs to be responsive as well so that it displays well on smaller screens. I have purchased the Bazar theme and can send it to you if it helps.
