Online Booking System Connecting Users and Service Providers

Need an online, real time booking system, implementing html5 functionality.
End-users (service Seekers) will be able to interact via website to service providers, who will have a paid subscription to the website.
End users can sign up for free, and have a free account with their login details. They are able to see a record of the services they used.
They are to be able to search for specific types of service providers, according to geographic location.
Profiles need to be able to be created by the subscribers, being able to upload:
Photos
Videos
and other information
A calendar is also to be included for appointment scheduling.
Once the subscribers, ie service providers have logged in to the website, they will have their customised page administrative panel, where they can confirm or reschedule appointments, facilitating the communication between user and provider.
Automated sms messages need to also be generated by the website, confirming appointments with the end-users, at a predetermined time.
A payment gateway needs to exist for the end user to make a payment straight after they have scheduled the appointment.
Connectivity and integration with facebook, with end users being able to schedule appointments directly from within the face book page, and with service providers being able to conduct social network marketing.
A mobile phone application is also required, that can be downloaded for free that is simple functional and can be used accross all devices, for the purpose of automatically, through gps coordinates can suggest local service providers, and schedule meetings.
Allowance has to be made for future expansion of the website for digital marketing capabilities internally (within the website), and externally, using api modules with third party companies.
All the graphic design, and general layout will be supplied.
