What I will need is:
A Wordpress theme to be built
Functionality:
- large-scale background images (low memory but good definition for fast load)
- very visual front page
- pricing table plugin for easy updating
- membership tiers
- restrictive access to content - including galleries
- timed opening / closing of galleries (for example open a gallery, users submit photos and it stops users uploading after one month so they are treated as 'projects'
- needs a really nicely designed photo upload module
- ability to download pdfs from gallieries once they are closed
- auto-watermark the images once uploaded
- voting on images within each gallery
- twitter integration for paid users so they get to see the twitter feed for the site
- comments on photos / galleries
- mass email members
it is important that you know and understand that this is going to be a photography website that will create projects (galleries) for users to upload their images to based on that month's theme, users will vote on their favourite images, after a month that project will close and I will open a new one to restart the cycle. access to be able to upload images is to be restricted to paid members and all images need to be watermarked automatically once uploaded. There will be 4 tiers of member, each with different permissions / benefits.
I will need you to demonstrate to me that you have worked on very visual projects before and that the whole system is easy for me to update and modify once you have coded the theme for me.
Also, on previous history on the site, I need to make sure that the person / team I work with are fluent in English and able to answer questions / provide status updates via email swiftly.
