I need a website to the following:
The site is basically offering free websites
I will send leads to the website
When they are on the site they will input their initial information which will be linked to my aweber account.
They will then be given a choice of wordpress themes for their website,
They will choose a theme and at that point they will be presented with a page presenting the hosting that they must sign up with to get the free site. this will be my affiliate link
They will be then prompted to submit their hosting information from the provided affiliate hosting site and fill in the required info.
I will then build and deliver the site.
I would like to have some type of one time offer once they sign up for the hosting.

I need this site built in wordpress.
I would like a refer a friend referral type program where any signups referred reward the refferer with a special service.
