I have an existing website and I offer website design and re-design, etc on my website.
Please read this disclaimer before reading the job requirements:
1) Do NOT bid until you have read and understand the project completely. PMB me for complete details!
2) You may NOT use any of my projetcs in your profile or website.
3) Everything you send or upload to me becomes "My Property" and you release all rights to property.
4) If you bid for 3 days completion I expect it done in 3 days. (Period)
5) If you bid a job for $[url removed, login to view] I expect you to honor that contract with me for all work quoted.
6) I will give Negative feedback if you do NOT honor your agreement and quote.
7) **You must be willing to work during my TIME Frame in the USA. This means you need to be able to work the night shift as we say in America. I work from 7:00AM - 6:00PM Central Time Zone (CST) USA so you must be willing to work 6:00PM - 5:00AM INDIA Time Zone so we can correspond and get things done during my work schedule. This is important to me because I have a website design business and customers to keep informed and happy.
I'm sorry to be so harsh but I have learned from experience here on SL to make sure you understand and we are not wasting each others time and money. I have a business reputation to maintain and I offer 100% customer satisfaction and will require the same from you. I am looking for a long term relationship with a programmer I can trust and is knowledgable to do my outsource work for me.
Now the project requirements:
1) I need someone to work on my "Maintenance Plans" page. I will give a sample of what I am looking for in PMB.
2) I need someone to work on my "Re-Design/Re-Skin Websites" page and make suggestions.
Now DO NOT BID, but PMB me for details if you are interested in this small project.
