What we need done:
We need a very nice looking and easy to use prototype of a graphical design editor to show it in front of a customer. if accepted, further programming will be required. database-layer has not to work really, but it would be nice have it running on a demonstration-level.
What we already have versus what the provider will build:
specification and a choosen technology, which allowes to develop rappidly the prototype (yfiles)
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
all rhights and the sourcecode, inkl. a minial documentation, an an install routine to bring it easy on a windows xp machine within minutes is required.
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing and developing nice looking and functional good working prototype with good reusable code for further work.
Timeframe for delivery:
we need it at latest april 4 at 8.00 am!
We will pay 3 different programmers for the prototype to choose afterwards the best programmer to continue working for us and get a bonus of additionally 30% on top of the agreed price. we feel free to give or not the bonus for the result as starting fee of the next job!

instead of yflex (see specification), you could use any other rich internet application development tool to do the prototyp!
