Convert PSD's to Responsive HTML + Wordpress Developement

We're looking for individuals with excellent html/css and jquery expertise with extended knowledge in building custom WordPress themes from scratch. Please note that this is not just single project. We're a company that handles 40 WordPress sites per month for our clients and we're looking for long term relationship. Basically I would like to know a fixed monthly rate that you would like to work for us. You will need to work 80 hours per month for us. So you can take that in to calculating your monthly rate for me. We use timedoctor app ( [url removed, login to view] ) to determine time your worked for us. We have 3 immediate vacancies.
