I need a html template to be changed into a wordpress system.

this should be a full wordpress system where I can easyer work with. it should have the following requirements:
set up a wordpress system and make it optically look exactly like the html template
I would need to add main and subcategories by myself
Upload pictures (and mass picture upload)
"auto resizing plug in" which scales the big pics down to smaller ones in the thumbnal preview.
I want to be able to create the text databases by myself.
One user login level
in the next step I would need an shop except it can be integrated in the wordpress system...
