Improving a current Wordpress theme

I already have a wordpress theme called Robust Q&A theme (see full demo at [login to view URL]), and need to make the following aesthetic and functional improvements:
Aesthetic
• The current layout is 960px fix width for all pages. I want to make a special layout for homepage while keeping the rest unchanged. For homepage, I want to use rotating header images as slider and the width is responsive to fill the screen. A tagline will be imposed on the rotating images along with a simple one line input form. Reference designs: [login to view URL], and http://www.airbnb.com.
• Change the color scheme. Color codes will be provided.
• Make a logo. Conceptual design and idea will be provided.
Functional
• Change content and comment posting from current textarea input to wyiswyg editor with file and media upload.
• Change top nav dropdown list mouse over effect.
• Change login link to be more accurate. Currently these login links don’t work consistently across site.
• Add a few more data fields to profile editing page.
• Change email notification format to html and change a few texts.
• Add a “Search Members” feature.
• Add autocompletion for tags so when posting content tags are auto recorded and completed.
• Add a feature that allows members to receive email notifications if newly asked questions match the categories to which members are subscribed to.
