Modifying the mTouch quiz Wordpress Plugin

I am looking for a computer programmer who is familiar with wordpress plugins. I would like to hire someone to alter this open-source wordpress plugin called mTouch Quiz.

What I am wishing to do with this plugin is:

1. Add a timer in which the quiz creator can specify the amount of time a user has to take the quiz, and put the timer in the top right hand corner so users can see how much time they have left. Once out of time users will be redirected to the results page.

2. Add New Buttons, I can provide the buttons, but I would need to move around some of the buttons, and change the look of some buttons.

3. Add a feature in which a user can mark a question on the quiz, and view the list of quiz questions and see which questions are marked. The list feature is already setup within the quiz, I need someone to add the mark feature.

Also there seems to be a problem around question 12 if you look at this quiz located here:

Once you get to question 12 the quiz questions keep flickering around. I would like to get rid of that as well
