SOAP nad/or JSON API\'s

We are looking for a programmer who is fluent in SOAP or JSON programming language. The project entails taking EXISTING API's from [login to view URL] and converting them into PHP source code that will then be implemented into a wordpress website.
The end result is the user is able to booking a spa appointment by choosing location, time, services, employee, extras, requests, special requirements etc. There are about a total of 50 possible API's however not all will be utilized; probably a total of 25-30.
Please give us an estimate of the # of hours you think would be required AND the timeline in terms of weeks.
