Modifications to HTML/PHP templates

News website needs existing HTML templates and PHP code read and modified to fit an updated design without impacting existing functionality. The CMS uses 2-3 templates to populate the entire site. There are a total of 10 designs, so you may be required to split the plugins/templates in order to match each one. However, most of these designs are identical, so you shouldn't have to do this more than a few times. You'll be working with existing template code via SubVersion and may be required to log into our proprietary CMS to manage some other parts of the software. We prefer that if you bid and are awarded this project that you are able to talk with us via an instant messaging system such as Skype, AIM or MSN -- if you have any questions or require assistance with our CMS we will be able to respond to you almost immediately. We are located in the Pacific time zone -- for the reasons of instant messaging, we would prefer to work with someone that is able to work/chat with us at some point between 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
