Social Networking Script/Site

I am looking to open a social networking site focused on a particular segment. I am looking for anyone out there that has an open source PHP social networking script or code to work in this project.

I am not looking to do this site from scratch, so you need a script or recommend an open source script that I can get. If you will provide your own script, then you need to send me feature list of your script.

I am looking for a script to do:

- Member profiles

- Groups/Team Creation

- Member Page

- Picture Section

- Forum

- Blog

- Admin Module

- Newsletter

- RSS Fee/News

- SEO Module

- A few additional simple modules that I will discuss.

The more functionality the script the better. I will provide all graphics and graphic design, so your job is to modify script according to my specs and integrate graphics.

The site should also be SEO friendly.

I am looking for PHP/MySQL platform.
