I need to get a website navigation system that functions as seen on the following site:

The navigation system does not have to function exactly like the example, the following are the key elements:
1. The way the image on each page takes up the whole page.
2. Drop down menus for all of the sections.
3. The image scales to fit the browser size.
4. Everything looks very clean and trendy.
The solution should be able to be used with Joomla either as part of the site template, add-on or nested in an iFrame of the Joomla site.
If you have, know of or can find an existing Joomla template that may be suitable for use "as is" or with modification by you or someone else, please submit you bid with a screen shot image of the Joomla template or solution in use and indicate the cost if in is not free.
I will pay for either a solution or the lead to a solution as described above. You don't need to be able to modify the Joomla template solution you offer.
