Wordpress Theme From Photoshop File

![][1] I need someone to help me convert a photoshop file to a Wordpress Template.

The site already exists and works with a custom plugin we developed to list products for sale. Each product has a custom Product Template page. So there are few page templates which look identical (I believe). The difference on each template is what is loading in the page.

One template shows all the products available, another shows just the product, while another shows the blog posts.

The template should validate XHTML Transitional and CSS. I also want to make sure the photoshop is cut up correctly so we can easily change the background color, header, and the background image for the store column. Some thoughts I'd want is:

1. section containing an

# tag that hides the text but renders the children logo clickable to the home page.

* section has background color of the blu header image.

* The black nav bar is an unordered list.

* The search on the right needs to have a search button underneath the input box.

* The camelflauge will need to be a repeatable background vertically.

* The footer will a black bar showing the owner, copyright, and w3c validation link.

* You do not have to do the product images.

Once the bid is accepted, I can send you all the wordpress files, the SQL script to install the plugin and database, and the photoshop file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
