Hi, I need a fully functional website like this:

Should be built in Zencart.
The theme has to be functional like the above website, but the color combinations and styling will be a bit different (I'll provide you the layout in jpeg)
Rest of the functions should be like the above reference website.
My budget is $150-$200 for the same, but owing to lack of professionalism and slacky issues earlier, I'm hesistant to release funds on escrow.
I'd prefer someone local to Sector 19, Noida to come to our office and work here. Else I'll prefer if you can make the zencart theme from the jpeg, and then we release 1/3rd of the payment (to your escrow or to your account) and once all functionality is completed we release remaining 2/3rd of the funds.
If that is consistent, please let me know. I want to start this ASAP.
