Magento custom options customization

I use magento version 1.3.2.

first check out bellow url.

after page down.. you can see "Add to Option" field.

(I added this options at 'admin - product - custom options'.)

This is optional field. But

If I click to check "Add to Option", 'Shape', 'Design', 'Color' .. etc. that bellow 'Add to Option' are must required.

That is,

If I do not check "Add to Option", 'Shape', 'Design', 'Color'.. option are not required.

But now I do not check "Add to Option" I must enter or check "Shape" ... and other options.

When you page down.. you can see "Add to Option" field.

(I added this option with the path like 'admin - product - custom options'.)

This is optional field. When I mark on the checkbox of "Add to Option", the categories like 'Shape', 'Design', 'Color' .. etc. which are under the 'Add to Option' must be checked, too. However, it doesn’t work. The categories like shape, design, color and so on are subordinated to ‘Add to Option’.

That is, if I do not check "Add to Option" , then, the options like design, color and shape are not required. However, I need to check the options(design, color, shape) although I do not check “Add to Option”
“Add to Option” and the under categories should be grouped. Also, other things which I may add another options in the future, they should be separated from the group.

It would be grateful if you help and give me some idea to solve the problem. Thanks.
