Photo Editing to remove elements

We have a photograph of our storefront that we need to edit to show how it would look after signage and branding has been added. The photo is not professional and includes passers-by and preexisting window signs that need to be removed and replaced with brickwork etc to make it look like they were never there.

In addition to the changes in the amateur attempt we would like to remove ALL of the people passing by, the vehicle and bicycle on the bottom left, the 2 street parking signs in the bottom right, the 2 wall signs and the 2 outlets to the bottom right (next to the potted plant). Also improve the realism of the 5 awnings above the windows that say 'ASANDA SALON SPA' (keeping the logos), remove the faint window text and logos (below the awnings on the windows themselves) so that the windows are blank and finally clean up the street pavements to remove the water and snow/ice.
