Study a solid and producing a 3D File - repost

the job consist in study an existing solid.
Inside the solid would be find as much space as possible
At the end of the study will have to be produced
1).STL file of all parts of the solid
2).STL file with the solid to complete the printing in 3d.
3).STL file with the half solid to complete the printing in 3d.
You will also need to produce a file dwg of all components forming part of the solid
