Personal Wordpress Theme

I need someone to build my personal Wordpress blog (latest version).

This includes making the layout **and** the Wordpress theme.

**My requirements are;**

- there should be an area where I could put banners for my other websites (easily changeable via the WP interface or changing images with? some standard names)

- I am gooing to make daily posts, so some area where they show up

- the design should have a photo of me placed perhaps in the header somewhere.

This could be done in 2 ways:

- using a ready made Wordpress Theme and just design the header, footer and background.

- doing it from scratch

**Likings:**

Clear & fresh design.

Retro style.

Sports style.

Colors that really are colors (very green, very blue etc)

Please provide me with samples of your previous graphics works.

**Summary:**

This is a project where I need a new Wordpress Theme for my personal blog.

I would like it delivered as a finished Wordpress Theme +? the layout as PSD file.

If you use any typical fonts, those should be delivered as well. (they must be free)
