I need a layout and design of a 4-page A4-sized product brochure done, as well as a business card template with a similar look and feel. All text will be provided but I'll need help selecting suitable photos. I will also provide guidelines on the look and feel of the brochure. The brochure is for a product from a "green engineering" company and the target audience are building owners and managers in the industrial and commercial market segments.
Bidders MUST show samples of previous print design work done.
## Deliverables
I attach a copy of a mockup for the brochure that I need a layout and design done for. I need a "light", almost Apple-like design, preferably using whites and greens. I need advise on photos to be used, and I'd be happy to buy any photos available on [url removed, login to view], for example. The cover page should ideally feature large building(s) in an industrial/commercial setting, such as a shopping mall or a factory, or a combination of several scenes. This is a product brochure for a system that saves money for owners of buildings with _very_ large centralized airconditioning systems - think airport terminal buildings and the like.
