I need a very small Android service app, witch will auto start on boot and running in background.

The service must listen for "press / hold" specific key and popup menu with two really easy options.

Requirements:

1. The program must support 1.6 and 2.0+ versions of AndroidOS.

2. Deliverables include not just the final work (Final release, ready to be signed & published) but also complete source code files as well.

3. Compiled source code must meet all the requirements and be ready to be signed & published in Android Market.
