Duties
Some research (mainly business related)
Draft new documents such as letters, or memos
letter writing
email clients on my behalf, for example "please call John Doe and inform him I won't make it for dinner meeting" although this may be on rare occasions
Remind me of important task, if requested, keep me organized with weekly
Proof reading and editing
Other assignment as mutually agreed upon
Please give your hourly rate.
Length of time
60-90 days probationary. afterwards ongoing
IMMEDIATE TASK
part of the vetting process will entail a few skill assignment to test your knowledge
Requirements
• MUST BE TRUST WORTHY and keep information confidential since you will be having access to a number of my personal information. But you not have any of our financial information
• Must have at least a bachelors degree, will consider upper division undergraduate students
• Prompt response to emails, calls, video calls
• Prior experience virtual assisting a plus, but not required
• Excellent listening and follow-through skills
• Speak good English
• Adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in written English
• Good communication skills,particularly responding to emails
• Excellent attitude, I like people with a positive attitude
• Can put together reports etc (i.e good technical writing skills a plus)
Good with research

Technology Requirements
• Skype connection, if you use a better video conference service I am open
• Phone number if you need to contact me or I need to contact you
• IM Chat or What's APP
• Working email address
• Good computer and internet connection (broadband, or fiber optic)- fuzzy screens and staticiee connections will drive me crazy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
File transfer webware like Dropbox would be needed to save time with emailing
