The list should be made up of qualified current and active emails of record collectors from the U.S., U.K., Japan, Germany and Canada.
These emails would need to be delivered in an Excel sheet format with the email appearing in the 1st column.
This project also requires the bidders to have the ability to send out emails. Reports will be required
