Google Webmaster Tools & Panda Penalty

Our 12 year old eccommerce website has been penalized by google in the last panda update.

We have two websites selling very similar products, one is wholesale & one is retail.

Both sites need access to the webmaster tools (verify ownership), check if there are any penalties listed & correct the penalties.

Some background history.

For site "A" -Two years ago we switched from a yahoo store to magento. When the store was with Yahoo, we had full access to the webmaster tools & everything was good. Once we switched to magento, we lost access to the webmaster tools & we needed to re-verify ownership. We now had difficulty verifying ownership in the google webmaster tools. In the google webmaster tools, there were two versions of the same website, one had the www. at the start of the website name & one did not have the www. We were only successful in verifying ownership of the version without the www. In this account, there was a notification that two internal links were broken. We do know this account was not a full account because for many years we had many natural incoming links, but now they were not visible in the webmaster tools.

Upon researching this issue, we have discovered

1) there is a 403 error on this account,

2) the dns is not set up correctly. it is still showing as hosted with yahoo, but the "a" records are pointing to the dedicated server for magento. (this may appear as cloaking) I will need all the settings to be correctly re-configured in a safe way so that we don't get further penalized by google

3) the account without the www which was verified successfully has just this week also lost ownership

For site "B" - 3 years ago we switched from yahoo store to magento. When the store was with Yahoo, we had full access to the webmaster tools & everything was good. We barely do any work with this second website & I cannot remember if the ownership was verified once we switched to magento.

Both sites need access to the webmaster tools (verify ownership), check if there are any penalties listed & correct the penalties.

This is extremely urgent for the business. We would prefer anyone who bids to successfully verify for us ownership in both websites within 3 days & fix any listed penalties within 7 days
