Simple Modifications to three C# programs

I have three C# programs that need modifications:
1. Program A - Add two fields to data bound grid.
2. Program B - Add two fields to data bound grid.
3. Program C - Add save button click logic for 4 conditions. i.e. Filename cannot contain "/", total cannot be > 100%, saved already do not resave.
4. Program C - I have SQL in program that is correct only if the record has been saved. And i need to run it before record is saved. The new logic will be "If record is not saved then save, run SQL and rollback."
I believe a good programmer should be able to do these changes in 6-8 hours.
I am prepared to work with the programmer in a screen sharing session to complete project quickly.
