Part-Time to Full-Time Telemarketing & VA work

I\'m looking for someone to do some part time telemarketing for me as I try to understand how my telemarketing software works and how folks are reacting to my offer - the opportunity to buy and move-in to a home for $0.00. Also, you will be doing follow up calls on those calling on ads I have placed. \r\n\r\nAt first, what you\'ll be doing is getting them on the phone and asking a few basic questions, and if they meet the basic criteria, transferring them to me for further discussion. As business begins rolling in, you\'ll become a virtual assistant to help keep the active deals going and to get them closed. As deals start to close, your hours will increase even further and your duties will become more specialized as I hire others to take over other tasks, including the telemarketing.\r\n\r\nPlease note:\r\n1. There is no commission involved. I am simply trying to see what the response is presently. Commission may be involved in the future, but not now.\r\n2. My CRM is Infusionsoft, and it is integrated into the telemarketing software I use.\r\n3. You must have a Windows 7 or later operating system on your computer to work with me.\r\n4. We will need to have a chat via Skype so I can be sure that your English is clear and understandable and that you are able to understand me.\r\n5. All calls are recorded for internal use only.
