Salesforce expert - guidence and configurations

I have Salesforce Group today.
I am expanding, and will get employees.
I am runing a dogschool, and this employees will be instructors and having classes.
I want this employee to be able to log into Salesforce and do this :
SEE the class and all attendees i prepered for them, nothing else. Add coments to this attendees after each class.
I want an expert. I first of want to know the answer to if this is possible with my version of Salesforce and give me an $10 advice. Then if you are helpfull, know your way around salesforce and are pleasent to work with i will give you more work to set this up.
In one month there will be 5 employees. Next mont there will be 4 more, next year i will have 20.
I dont want them doing much in salesforce. I would just like them to be able to see the information i want them to see, and add comments to it.
Any ideas? And want to be part of this?
