We need a solution that will bring in a number of different product feeds from a number of different suppliers and match them to ice-cat, where the information is missing from ice-cat it needs to use the suppliers information and we want to build our own catalogue and improve ice-cat.
We also need whatever system we use to take into account that different suppliers have different drop shipping costs and we need these to be pulled in and delivery increased based on this.
Also the system requires the following features:
Support Tickets, preferably linked to Zendesk.
A returns/rma section
The ability to login, re-order, print invoices and more for the customer.
The ability to run credit accounts through the system
The ability to work with Card save, worldpay or sage pay.
We already have a design.
