Using Winsock to send http and https GET and POST in C++

This is simple project. Looking for C++ code written in VC++ 2008 or later that uses Winsock Win32 API(connect, send, recv) to send GET and POST requests to web server and receive data back. It should support both HTTP and HTTPS(SSL). It should also use Win32 API to check windows certificate store and validate the certificate. For SSL it should use OpenSSL lib to encrypt/decrypt data from the web server. We have OpenSSL static lib if needed. The code can be console c++ project.
