This site will have 4 major segments:
1. Spanish
2. English
3. Virtual classes – Some classes wil be in spanish some in english
4. Password protected / Member Area
Purpose of the site:
1. To provide information to new comers of the website and the belief system it supports: global heart
2. To keep it's current members informed and up to date with video, audio and content.
3. To provide an on-line virtual class system that will foster a community.
NEEDS:
• A full CMS System for both the english and spanish sites
• An option to switch from one language to the other while on the same page. PLEASE ADVISE.
• We want to be found by Search Egines
• VIRTUAL CLASS SYSTEM / On-line courses:
For visual reference, we like facebook's look for this area.
- The system will start with 5 courses, we would like to add more as the need arises. I believe that is already taken care of in Moodle.

- We would like to have a wiki for each one of the classes so information can be compiled on the subject
- Each class will have their own “Yack-Pack” (please check out: [url removed, login to view]) Group, please research the site so you can suggest integration with Moodle.
- Password Considerations:
Payments from MExico will likely be done via direct deposit on a Bank, if you can suggest how to automate it, great ! . . . Some will pay via credit card.
Course payment will be done in 3 parts, a password or entry restriction has to be implemented so the administrator can verify that the corresponding partial payment has been made and the student can continue in the class, PLEASE SUGGEST.
• ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS / PAYMENT GATEWAY
We have a PAYMENTECH account, we would like to accept DONATIONS, PAYMENTS FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES AND SPECIAL EVENTS/CONFERENCES on-line, what else do we need other than the account?
• Calendar: We would like something like this:

We do like the option of seing a mini calendar on a column.

Each Sunday there is a talk at the service where these ‘talks” or “speaches” will be:
1. audio recorded
2. video recorded
3. and then transcribed (text)
Every year ther is at least one Conference or special workshops where these ‘talks” or “speaches” will be:
1. audio recorded
2. video recorded
3. and then transcribed (text)
we will need an area where they can be uploaded, archived and sorted by DATE, TITLE, CATEGORY, LANGUAGE and SPEAKER. They can be accessed by the visitors of the site. We found this site as a sample: [url removed, login to view] they are to complicated for what we want, but it gives you an idea, please come up with suggestions on organization system for this.
Is it better to let the media play on windows media player? or through a player on the website?
*We would like to offer/incorporate podcasts/RSS feeds of this regularly uploaded content.

I fit is viable, we would like to offer a listen live feature. Please advise.
• Member Area
We would like people to register before accessing the video, audio, listen live & wiki.
The form should collect demographic information, we will give the fields.
This would be separate from the On-Line Virtual Class system.
• Our Store
We will be selling collections of cds/dvds, transcritps and art, we will start with around 5 products
• Weather widget (On each corresponding home page)
