Create Website Demo Screencast with Zoom Effects

We need a 2-3 minute screencast video of our demo website. Demonstrate the entire online order process of the store and "shopping cart".
Use Zoom, pan, focus on mouse, 2D & 3D effects.
We have an older version of a screencast with a similar script. The only thing that has changed is the way the site looks. You can use the old version as an example to follow.
We need to create a new screencast that shows someone viewing items, making selections, placing items into the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
We need this to be added to a keynote presentation and our Vimeo account.
We have an old demo video that you can watch and just recreate for the new website version.
Timeline
Unfortunately, this would need to be done by 4/23 end of day or early 4/24 6AM EST.
This project has been modified in scope to match our tight deadline and simplify the tasks by using templates and existing video.
To recap. This project becomes a quick 30 second demo. The same voice over would be added after you begin. We would use template like this: http://videohive.net/item.... and add a neturalbackground. We can use the video on it's own with a basic logo intro and then proceed to work on step 2.
Part 2: We were thinking of using this 30 second screencast to update 0:36-1:02 of our existing video,We would also update the background color to something more neutral. Some text would be added and made to match the existing video. Time permitting, we will change the background color of the existing video to something neutral.
